One final "catch up" post from the first week of our trip and then I'll just have to keep up with what we're doing now!
On our way from Pictured Rocks to Wisconsin, we stopped at a rock museum. Little Bit is currently obsessed with rocks so she was very excited.
That area is known for its copper so there were some interesting copper formations in the museum.
Little Bit really liked the "rainbow" rocks
Probably the most "impressive" rock was the amethyst "column".
Also very cool, but couldn't get pictures, was a room with black lights that talked about how and why some rocks are bioluminescent, and showed them off. Gorgeous!
